How to use the Sauna safely

Health & safety for Sauna House useage

  • 14 year and under are prohibited from using the Sauna. These recommendations are in place to protect health and safety.
  • Beginners. Start with 5 - 10 minutes and gradually build up to 20 minutes.
  • Recommended time. A maximum of 20 minutes is the recommended time to stay in the Sauna.
  • Listen to your body. Exit the Sauna if you feel dizzy, lightheaded or unwell.
  • Hydration. Drink plenty of water before, during and after the Sauna.
  • Cool down. Allow your body to cool down gradually after the Sauna.
  • Frequency. Do not use the Sauna more than once a day.
  • 15s, 16s, 17s, 18 year old are the responsibility of the Adult who is responsible for this age group and must ensure their health, safety and well-being whilst using the Sauna.
  • The owner accepts no responsibility for illness,  injury or other whilst using the Sauna House facilities.
